Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TSY)

I offer individual trauma-sensitive yoga for adults.

You can book trauma-sensitive yoga independently or practice it as part of

individual psychotherapy or trauma therapy.

what do i need to know?

  • You can practice in comfortable daily clothing (You don’t need sportswear)

  • We practice trauma-sensitive yoga while sitting on a chair or standing

  • You don’t need any prior knowledge about yoga

Possible objectives and effects of trauma-sensitive yoga

  • Practicing mindfulness

  • To learn how to observe your body and mind

  • Giving yourself and your body time and space

  • Developing a safe body-awareness

  • Learning about self-efficacy

  • Being aware of the changes of your physical movements

  • Developing self-acceptance and self-compassion
