Coaching is a process in which you have the chance to set a specific goal for yourself and where we work together on how you can best achieve that goal in a limited time frame.

when could coaching be helpful?

  • Maybe you are feeling physically and emotionally drained, you haven’t been feeling well, you have been on a long sick leave and may be in need of new impulses?

  • You are not satisfied with your current job and you are interested in changing your profession, but don’t quite know how to approach this issue?

  • Perhaps you are studying, but you feel stuck with your bachelor’s/ master’s or doctoral thesis?

  • You have set a goal, worked on it, but somehow you have problems going forward with it?

    These are just some examples.

People change over time, within this process the belief-system of a person can change as well. May be your values, goals and interests in life have already changed, but your current profession or the subject you are studying isn’t compatible with your current convictions anymore. In this case it could help you to reflect on that and may figure out what you could do to live your life more aligned with your own personal qualities and beliefs.

It could also be the case that you have problems with a spouse, partner, friends, family members or colleagues. Maybe you feel misunderstood and you feel the need to communicate more clearly with them. Then coaching might also be of interest to you.

  • so you can set a specific, realistic and authentic goal for yourself,

  • work towards achieving that goal,

  • and be able to experience progress and success on the way
